GOING SMARTTECH and COSMOSTAR Sign Strategic MoU for Central Asia Smart City Project
Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan – A strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between GOING Smarttech Service Group MCHJ and Cosmostar Project Management LLC as part of the CENTRAL ASIA SMART CITY mega project to be developed in the Tashkent region.
The MoU was signed by Bilol Abdurakhimov, General Director of GOING Smarttech, and Berkay Karacaer, Authorized Representative of Cosmostar.
This cooperation includes joint efforts in turnkey cleanroom construction, asphalt production facilities, storage tank design and installation, pump stations and industrial piping systems, steel structures, and heavy equipment lifting and assembly.
The agreement outlines collaboration in project design, field implementation, quality control, equipment supply, and staff training. A dedicated "Project Coordination Group" will be established to oversee the joint operations.
While the MoU does not impose legal or financial obligations, it forms the foundation for future specific project contracts.
