Strategic Cooperation Between GOING Smarttech Service Group and Diverjans Teknoloji for Digital Infrastructure
As part of the Central Asia Smart City project in the Tashkent region, GOING Smarttech Service Group LLC and Turkey-based high-tech company Diverjans Teknoloji are set to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlining mutual cooperation.
This MoU reflects both parties' intentions to collaborate in the areas of digital urban development, smart infrastructure, IoT systems, IT solutions, software integration, and R\&D.
Key cooperation areas include:
* Smart building and facility management systems;
* IT infrastructure: data centers, networks, cloud systems;
* Software and system integration for urban control;
* Technical training, joint seminars, and local R\&D initiatives.
A Joint Technical and Strategic Committee will be established to oversee implementation, with individual contracts to be signed for each sub-project. Confidentiality will be maintained, and disputes will be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
